Suitable for Most Soil Types: Whether you’re working with a planter, garden, orchard,
compost bin or greenhouse, you can rely on the results provided by our Soil Meter. This device is designed to test a variety of garden soil types, including coir, potting soil, sandy soil, loam, clay, and saline-alkali soil. However, we recommend avoiding the use of the Soil Meter on looser soil types, such as composite soil. This is because loose soil will result in inaccurate readings due to loose contact between soil and probe.
Four AAA Battery Model: The battery cover is located on the back of the tester. Simply insert 4 AAA batteries, and you’ll be ready to use the device immediately.
